Jason’s Authors You Should Know – Christa Yelich-Koth

Today’s author you should know is Christa Yelich-Koth.

Christa is a talented writer of science fiction. She’s the author of the Eomix Galaxy of Books and a graphic novel.

I’ve read both books in the Eomix Galaxy series and loved them! The books are well written and engaging. I was hooked from the beginning and read through them pretty fast because they were hard to put down. Christa’s writing is smooth and pulls you in.

I first met her through a Facebook group we belong to and since then have been in several book review circles where we buy books of other indie authors and review them. She was also a previous subject of my series of author interviews last year.

Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Christa was exposed to many different things through her education, including an elementary Spanish immersion program, a vocal/opera program in high school, and her eventual B.S. in Biology. Her love of entomology and marine biology helped while writing her science fiction/ fantasy aliens/creatures.

As for why she writes, Christa had this to say: “I write because I have a story that needs to come out. I write because I can’t NOT write. I write because I love creating something that pulls me out of my own world and lets me for a little while get lost inside someone or someplace else. And I write because I HAVE to know how the story ends.”

Christa is currently working on her next novel in the Eomix Galaxy Books collection entitled COILED VENGEANCE, slated for 2018.
